  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    • 1) The Company UNISYSTEM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ based in Gdańsk (address: ul. Nowy Świat 36, 80-299 Gdańsk), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000553097, NIP 5842741076, REGON 361255803 respects the privacy of individuals and duly protects their personal data.
    • 2) This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or used by Unisystem Sp. z o.o., in particular refers to the services offered by the Company through its website available at www.unisystem.pl.
    • 3) This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites and services that can be accessed through links in the aforementioned. website.
    • 4) By using the Unisystem website and/or providing the Company with your personal information, you consent to the processing of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Local Privacy Policy.
    • 5) Customer, as defined in this Policy, are individuals visiting the Unisystem website and/or using the Company’s services.
  2. DATA COLLECTION
    • 1) The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the customer himself, as well as the statutory authorization to process data necessary for the implementation and settlement of sales transactions by the Company.
    • 2) The personal data of the Company’s customers are processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. The Company does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of customers to other persons or institutions except to enable the fulfillment of obligations under the law or with the consent of the data subject. The Company may entrust personal data to other entities for processing under the terms of applicable laws. The Company collects personal data through registration forms published on the pages of the Company’s website, through direct contact with the Customer (e.g., by telephone), and whenever the Customer sends the Company a fax or e-mail containing his/her data.
    • 3) When registering on the site via the registration form, the customer provides his name, home address, e-mail address, contact phone. Provision of the data in question is voluntary, but the provision of name, surname, address of residence is necessary to conclude a contract of sale of goods with the Company.
      During registration, the customer provides a login and password to secure the customer’s account on the site. The login and password should be secured by the Client against their use by unauthorized persons.
    • 4) We work with Microsoft Clarity to record how people use and interact with our website using behavioral indicators, heat maps and session replay to improve and promote our products/services. Website usage data is recorded using our own and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine product/service popularity and online activity. In addition, we use this information to optimize the site and for advertising purposes.   3. USE OF DATA
    • 1) The data provided by the Client during registration is used within the scope of the services provided by the Company only to enable the Client to log in to the site, to execute the orders placed by the Client and to process payment for the order placed. In a particular case, the Customer’s data may be shared with other entities, such as courier companies, payment operators or insurance companies, for the purpose of processing the order, while these entities are obliged to maintain confidentiality with regard to the Customer’s data provided to them.
    • 2) Customer data may be made available to state authorities authorized to receive them under applicable law.
    • 3) Data collected through direct contact between the Customer and the Company via the website is used solely for the purpose of corresponding with the Customer and responding to his inquiries.
    • 4) Customer data is also collected for the purpose of sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002. on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), if the Client has agreed to it.
  4. THE RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECT AND DELETE THE CONTENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    • 1) The customer has the right to access, correct or supplement his personal data provided to the Company and to object to the use of his personal data. The data used for the purchase transaction are not changed, as they are part of the accounting document, and the data collected automatically.
    • 2) At the request of the Client, the Company shall delete the Client’s personal data, unless the data must be retained due to applicable law or lawful purposes.   5. INFORMATION SECURITY
    • 1) The Company shall use appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, public disclosure or destruction. The safeguards in place include both the technical solutions contained in the service itself, consisting of, among other things, appropriate encryption of data transmitted over the Internet, strict control of physical access to computers and information media on which personal data is recorded, and the implementation and application of appropriate procedures for the storage and handling of personal data. All persons processing customers’ personal data for the use of the Unistystem website have appropriate authorizations issued by the personal data administrator.
    • 2) The Company shall create backups and may use other similar measures to prevent accidental damage or destruction of Customers’ personal data.
    • 3) Payments by credit card or electronic transfer are handled by PayPal, PayU. These sites are responsible for the data provided in their forms, which are also secured with appropriate technical solutions
  6. DATA COLLECTION USING COOKIES
    • 1) Some areas of the Unisystem website may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the hard drive of the customer’s computer, identifying the customer in such a way as to collect information about the customer’s visits to the website, and record the customer’s preferences, such as login language. The content of cookies generated by the website does not identify the customer. No personal data is processed or stored using cookies. The above also applies to visitors to the Unisystem website, but not registered in it.
      Cookies may be used during remarketing. It is a graphic or text advertisement based on a user’s pre-recorded preferences, displayed on other websites to people who have previously visited the site.
    • 2) When advertising on the Internet, Unisystem may use remarketing through third-party tools (including Google Adwords, Google Analytics). Unisystem’s online ads are displayed by third-party providers. Unisystem and third-party vendors (including Google) use cookies to display advertisements based on the recipient’s previous visits to the Unisystem website.
    • 3) Cookies can be disabled at any time in the options of your web browser, however, this may prevent you from using the Unisystem website.
  7. SUBSCRIPTION TO FREE NEWSLETTERS
    • 1) Newsletter is a free service to inform customers who have expressed such a will by subscribing to the list of subscribers, about the offer, events and all other information that are related to the Company’s commercial activities by periodically sending selected content electronically in the form of an electronic letter.
    • 2) Use of the Newsletter is made by entering in the footer on the home page in the field “Subscribe to our newsletter” the name and email address to which future editions of the Newsletter are to be sent and clicking the field “Subscribe” or by selecting the appropriate field in the registration form (this field is not mandatory). The data thus obtained is added to the mailing list.
    • 3) A customer who decides to subscribe to the list of subscribers receiving the Company’s newsletter agrees to receive marketing materials transmitted electronically in accordance with Article 8 (1) of the Act of July 18, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 of 2002) in the form of a newsletter.
    • 4) The data of customers who registered on the site for access to the newsletter is used only for the purpose of sending a new newsletter to a given customer.
    • 5) The Customer has the option, at any time and without giving any reason, to unsubscribe from the Newsletter by logging into the Customer Panel, opening the “Account Panel” tab, clicking on “Newsletter” and unchecking “General Newsletter” or email notification to [email protected].
  8. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
    • 1) The Unisystem website may contain links to other sites, posted for the convenience and information of the Customer. The Company is not responsible for the information posted there and the privacy policies applied. The customer should be aware of the separateness of these sites from the Unisystem website each time verify for themselves the policy of the website visited through the link.
  9. FINAL PROVISIONS
    • 1) The Company may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular to update it in the event of changes in the procedures adopted by the Company as to how it safeguards and uses the data collected. Each time a new Privacy Policy is published on the Unisystem website, it becomes binding and applies to any data collected in connection with the Customer’s activity on the Unisystem website after the updated version of the Privacy Policy is posted on the corresponding page of the Unisystem website.

Regulations of the Newsletter of Unisystem Sp. z o.o.

1. general provisions
1.1 These Regulations set out the rules for the processing of personal data under the Newsletter service provided by Unisystem Sp. z o.o., based in Gdańsk, ul. Nowy Swiat 36, 80-299 Gdansk, Poland.
1.2 The administrator of your personal data is Unisystem Sp. z o.o., based in Gdańsk, ul. Nowy Swiat 36, 80-299 Gdansk, Poland. We care about your privacy and ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter RODO.
1.3 The purpose of data processing is to provide informational and marketing content.
1.4 By joining the Newsletter service, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.1 When registering for the Newsletter service, Unisystem Sp. z o.o. collects and processes the following data: e-mail address, optional: first name, last name, company name. The processing of this data is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO.
2.2 Unisystem Sp. z o.o. does not share the collected data with other entities, with the exception of entities processing the data on behalf of Unisystem Sp. z o.o. in order to provide the Newsletter service. All entities processing data on behalf of Unisystem Sp. z o.o. operate on the basis of a data processing agreement and apply appropriate protection measures to guarantee the security of the processed personal data in accordance with the requirements of the RODO.
2.3 Data is stored and processed exclusively in the European Economic Area. Unisystem Sp. z o.o. attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data provided.

3.4 Data retention period
a) Personal data of users of the Newsletter service will be kept for the period during which the user remains a subscriber to the newsletter, as well as for an additional period of 12 months after cancellation of the subscription for defense against potential claims or for statistical purposes. After this time, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
(b) If you exercise your right to be forgotten and request the deletion of your personal data, your data will be deleted from our databases before the expiration of the period specified in Section. 3.4a, unless storage is required by applicable law.
(c) Data that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected will be deleted or stored in a way that makes it impossible to identify the data subject.

4 Cancellation of Newsletter service
4.1 The User has the option to unsubscribe from the Newsletter service at any time, using the unsubscribe link available in each newsletter sent.
4.2 Cancellation is a simple process and does not involve any fees. The cancellation will be processed automatically and the user’s email address will be removed from the mailing list within 48 hours of notification.
